I have ordered a voucher. Now what?

After your payment has cleared, we will send you a confirmation email with your voucher number, confirming your details. We will send your voucher to you within three business days.

I want to send someone a voucher as a gift. Can I do this?

We can, if you let us know. After you have placed your order, and paid through paypal, send us an email with your order number, the recipients name and address, and any message that you want to include. We will then send the voucher to them for you (if you would like, we can throw in a cute gift card and envelope - just let us know!).

I have purchased a package online. How do i redeem it at the salon?

When your payment has cleared, we will post out an individualised voucher to you within three business days. Just bring the voucher in to the salon to redeem it with your next service.

Do I have to pay through PayPal?

At this time, we are only accepting payments made via PayPal. This way we are able to maximise the security and privacy of our clients.

How long will it take to receive my ghd?

Buying a ghd off our webstore is the same as buying one in our salon. All ghd's have a 2 year Manufacturers Warranty. We will send them via registered post. It should arrive between 5 - 7 business days.

Can I order from your store if I live interstate?

We are happy to send vouchers and packages interstate, to be redeemed in either of our salons in the future. We are unfortunately unable to send ghd's interstate.

I've changed my mind - am I able to get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not give refunds on purchased packages or vouchers - these sales are final. If you have purchased a ghd, and have a legitimate reason for wanting to refund or exchange it (as stipulated out in the Consumer Credit Legislation) refunds must be negotiated in salon.
